Antifragility

One of the traits of a TomorrowMind is antifragility, that is: Resilience.

The ability to separate our actions from being directly tied to our emotions is a skill that supports resilience.

Our emotions and feelings are key signals that we can use and listen to with perspective- to look at and observe rather than allow to dictate our actions. They are a source of information (from a head perspective) that we use to make a decision about what actions to take.

If we can learn to delay action until we have a clear head and have had the opportunity to inspect the signals our feelings are giving us, we have the ability to become more resilient.
