highly effective teams

A highly effective team seeks to bring dependencies into their sphere of accountability and responsibility as to increase their ability to provide commitments with higher confidence.

A highly effective team plays the same game by the same rules with the same definition of winning. They strive and work towards a unified goal and when they achieve that goal, everyone wins. If they don't achieve that goal, nobody wins (this doesn't mean the team loses).

A highly effective team is aligned on how their work, their goals are aligned all the way up to the organization's goals. They know that the work they are doing and the goals they are striving for have a direct effect and connection to the organization's goals, and they know how they are connected.
